Within the academic field, the directors and deans of the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyfa.edu\/\">New\u00a0York Film\u00a0Academy<\/a><\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/tisch.nyu.edu\/\"><strong>\u00a0NYU\u00a0Tisch\u00a0School\u00a0of the Arts<\/strong><\/a>, the two most prestigious of the city, have been visited by the cluster manager Eduard Gil interested in our detection programs and recruitment of emerging talent. The producer and distributor <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amcnetworks.com\/\">AMC\u00a0Networks<\/a><\/strong>, the telecommunications company\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/about.att.com\/sites\/entertainment\">AT&amp;T\u00a0Entertainment\u00a0Group<\/a><\/strong> and the film commission\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www1.nyc.gov\/site\/mome\/index.page\">Mayor&#8217;s Office\u00a0of\u00a0Film,\u00a0Theatre\u00a0and\u00a0Broadcasting<\/a><\/strong> have also opened their doors to us attracted by the quality of the Catalan films and tv shows and by the services offered by our companies and <strong>audiovisual<\/strong> <strong>parks<\/strong> to international productions. The trip also allowed us to build linkages with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.efe.com\/efe\/usa\/5\">EFE<\/a>\u00a0agency<\/strong> delegation in <strong>New York<\/strong>, with the New Yorker law office <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuatrecasas.com\/\/international\/us.html\">Cuatrecases<\/a><\/strong>, and with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmoragas.com\/\">David\u00a0Moragas<\/a><\/strong>, a young talented Catalan film director based in the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In \u200b\u200b<strong>media<\/strong> and <strong>innovation<\/strong> area, the main visits of the delegation of Catalan clusters to be highlighted are those to Google and to Company building. <strong>Google&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blog.google\/products\/google-ar-vr\/\">virtual and augmented reality<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0department\u00a0explained which products based on these two technologies are currently being developed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.company.co\/\"><strong>Company<\/strong><\/a>, the most powerful residence of <strong>urban tech<\/strong> startups in the USA, (the minimum turnover of hosted start-ups is $ 1 million per year), exposed the future prospects of this space supported by the city council: the expansion of the building with the construction of 25 new plants that will house companies of the <strong>media<\/strong> <strong>sector<\/strong>. Thanks to the promotion of initiatives like this, <strong>New York<\/strong> is considered the second startup hub in the country and represents one of the most important economic engines of creativity and <strong>innovation<\/strong> worldwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Strategic\u00a0Training\u00a0Week<\/strong>, New York&#8217;s mission name led by <strong>ACCI\u00d3<\/strong>, counted with speakers and trainers of high prestige in the sectors of companies organization and dynamization. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lozanobryan\">Bryan\u00a0Lozano<\/a>, from the network of technology leaders <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technyc.org\/\">Tech:NYC<\/a>, inaugurated the training program with the presentation of the ecosystem of start-up companies in the city. <a href=\"http:\/\/etgnow.com\/about-us\/\">Eric\u00a0Rolf\u00a0Hansen<\/a>, importer of the <strong>cluster methodology<\/strong> in Catalonia and throughout the world, gave a lesson on strategy and cluster development; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ritamcgrath.com\/\">Rita\u00a0Gunther\u00a0McGrath<\/a>, from the Columbia Business School, gives a presentation on competitiveness management, and,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilr.cornell.edu\/people\/samuel-bacharach\">Samuel\u00a0Bacharach<\/a> from Cornell University, talked about leadership in organizations.
