Behind every film, series, or documentary lies a journey full of creative decisions, logistical challenges, and a strong dose of strategic vision. This session aims to uncover how an audiovisual project is brought to life—from its initial idea to its arrival on screens—focusing on a key yet often underappreciated figure: the executive producer.
